Tulum Renewal Retreat
Seven days of jungle, sea, and quiet luxury for deep nervous system repair.
The Invitation
Riviera Maya, Mexico · Spring 2027
A week of slow, sensual healing on the Yucatán coast, somatic practice in open-air palapas, cenote ceremonies, jungle stillness, and food that feels like medicine. For a community of people whose nervous systems have been running hot for too long.

A 7-day meditation and yoga retreat in Tulum, Mexico
Seven days on the Riviera Maya coast for people whose bodies have been running on adrenaline for years. Daily sunrise meditation and slow yoga, somatic mapping, cacao and cenote ceremony, sound healing baths, and one full day with no programming at all, because real nervous system repair needs unstructured rest, not a fuller schedule.
If you are comparing Tulum yoga retreats and wellness retreats in Mexico, the difference here is depth over volume: a small group, a reparenting framework taught in person, one-to-one integration sessions, and a 90-day plan so the week changes your actual life instead of ending at the airport.
What is included, and what a day looks like
Accommodations, all meals, airport transfers from Cancún, every practice and ceremony, and 1:1 time with Hayden are included. Mornings are practice, afternoons are yours for the ocean and rest, evenings are circle, sound, or ceremony.
Beginners are welcome. No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed, and all genders and backgrounds are welcome.
Questions
What people ask before they register.
Is this Tulum retreat suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every practice is guided and modified on the spot. Most guests arrive with little or no formal meditation or yoga background.
What is included in the price?
Suite accommodations, all meals, Cancún airport transfers, every practice, workshop, ceremony and sound bath, a 1:1 integration session, and the 90-day integration map. Flights, travel insurance, alcohol, and optional excursions are not included.
How much free time will I have?
Afternoons are unstructured, and Day 4 has no programming at all. Rest is part of the method, not a gap in it.
Do I need to travel with someone?
No. Most guests come alone. There is no forced sharing and no partner work.
